Coldmeat Antipasto

No italian treat is complete without Antipasto and this is one of my favorites. I just adore the flavor of this Antipasto salad and it makes a juicy mix when combined with Italian dressing. Check out the recipe of Antipasto.
Ingredients
  Lettuce 1 , washed, drained and dried
  Tomatoes 4 , quartered
  Canned tuna fish 10 Ounce
  Canned artichoke hearts 14 Ounce, drained
  Salami slice 8
  Ham slice 8
  Radishes 8
  Black olives 8
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Capers 1 Tablespoon
  Italian dressing 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place lettuce leaves on a large platter.
Arrange the tomatoes, tuna fish, artichoke hearts, salami, ham and radishes on the lettuce.
Sprinkle the olives, parsley and capers over it all.
Pour the Italian Dressing over the antipasto and allow to marinate for 1/2 hour before serving.
