Absolutely delicious pasta with 3 mushrooms. Vegan delight.
Ingredients
  Baby portabella mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pasta 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oyester mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shitake mushroom 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole wheat pasta 1 Pound
  Garlic clove 4
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (Boiled in salt water)
  Black pepper To Taste
  Italian seasoning To Taste
  Red pepper flakes To Taste
  Sea salt To Taste
  Dried basil To Taste
  Dried oregano To Taste
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon, divided
  Fresh basil 1 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped finely
