Italian Spaghetti

Ingredients
  Onion 2 Pound
  Green pepper 1 Medium, finely chopped (0.5 Cup)
  Sugar To Taste, finely chopped
  Tomato sauce 30 Ounce
  Canned tomato paste 24 Ounce
  Canned pitted ripe olives 7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and sliced
  Italian style spaghetti sauce mix 3 Ounce (With Mushrooms)
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Sweet butter 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Bay leaf 1 , crumbled
  Italian spaghetti 16 Ounce
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook and stir ground beef, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese.
Cover; simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring sauce occasionally.
Cook spaghetti.
Serve meat sauce over hot spaghetti; pass Parmesan cheese.
