|Minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Tomato sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Melted fat||2 Tablespoon|
|Diced soft cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Cook the onion in the melted fat until golden brown.
Add all other ingredients except the eggs, and stir constantly until the cheese is melted.
Add the slightly beaten eggs, stir gently until eggs are set.
Serve on buttered toast.
