|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

|Water||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Chablis/Other dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bouillon granules||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried basil||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Parboiled rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Coat a large saucepan with cooking spray; place over medium heat.
Add onion, green pepper, and garlic; saute until tender.
Stir in next 6 ingredients.
Cover; bring to a boil.
Stir in rice.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat; stir in parsley and cheese.
