Italian Rice

Italian Rice is a mouth watering main course meal recipe. I am sure this tasty and irresistible dish will get you a lot of compliments!
Ingredients
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Water 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Chablis/Other dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bouillon granules 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Parboiled rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Coat a large saucepan with cooking spray; place over medium heat.
Add onion, green pepper, and garlic; saute until tender.
Stir in next 6 ingredients.
Cover; bring to a boil.
Stir in rice.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Remove from heat; stir in parsley and cheese.
