Classic Shrimp Scampi On Garlic Spinach
|Shrimp||1 Pound (Peeled And Deveined)|
|Garlic cloves||10 , chopped|
|Extra virgin olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Crushed red pepper flakes||1 Pinch|
|Parsley||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|For garlic spinach|
|Garlic cloves||5 , chopped|
|Extra virgin olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
1) Heat olive oil in a large pan and add chopped
garlic. Once garlic is tender add shrimp, salt,
pepper, red pepper flakes and white wine. Cook
about 4-5 minutes before removing from heat. Add
lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.
1) Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic. Saute for
about 1-2 minutes.
2) Toss in spinach with some salt and pepper. Cover
for 2 minutes.
Serve shrimp over spinach and you're ready to eat!
