Classic Shrimp Scampi On Garlic Spinach

Shrimp Scampi seems like one of those dishes everyone loves but only a few seem to make. This is usually because most people think it’s some complex recipe when it couldn’t be farther from the truth.
For scampi
  Shrimp 1 Pound (Peeled And Deveined)
  Garlic cloves 10 , chopped
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  White wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Crushed red pepper flakes 1 Pinch
  Parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
For garlic spinach
  Spinach 1 Pound
  Garlic cloves 5 , chopped
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon

Shrimp Scampi
1) Heat olive oil in a large pan and add chopped
garlic. Once garlic is tender add shrimp, salt,
pepper, red pepper flakes and white wine. Cook
about 4-5 minutes before removing from heat. Add
lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper.

Garlic Spinach
1) Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic. Saute for
about 1-2 minutes.
2) Toss in spinach with some salt and pepper. Cover
for 2 minutes.

Serve shrimp over spinach and you're ready to eat!
