Pesto Parmesan Sauce
|Basil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Pine nuts||1 Ounce|
|Olive oil||4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Ounce|
In blender container combine all ingredients except cheese and process until smooth, stopping motor when necessary to scrape mixture down from sides of container.
Transfer sauce to small bowl and stir in cheese; serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
When ready to use, bring to room temperature.
