Easy Polenta host Caitlin teaches you how to make a delicious, creamy Polenta. This super easy side dish has only 4 affordable ingredients, and is extremely quick to make. Serve this with roasted chicken or braciole -- it's a great side.
  Polenta 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 250 Gram, shredded
  Heavy whipping cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

1.In a large sauce pot on medium high heat, pour the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
2.Add the polenta and keep whisking the broth.
3.Once the polenta starts to thicken, add 1/4 Cup chicken stock and keep stirring.
4.Now add the parmesan cheese into the broth and lastly add the whipping cream for the final touches.

5.Pour the polenta into serving bowl and serve hot.

TIPS - If polenta sits around took long it’ll stiffen up and no longer be creamy. If this has happened to you, just add an additional cup of stock and turn to medium high heat until all of the liquid has been absorbed and serve again!

Hey, This recipe looks good so i want to try this one. But problem is that i can not use chicken stock as i am a vegetarian, so can i use vegetable stock instead of chicken broth.
