Need a to make biscuits in a jiffy? Try this biscuit mix recipe! Just mix all the ingredioents together and store in an airtight container. Use this easy and convenient biscuit mix whenever you need some homemade snacky biscuits in a hurry.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 9 Cup (144 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 4 Tablespoon
  Shortening 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt and baking powder.
Add shortening, working in with a pastry blender (or fingers) until texture resembles coarse crumbs.
Store mix in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
Use as you would any commercial mix.
