|All purpose flour||9 Cup (144 tbs)|
|Baking powder||4 Tablespoon|
|Shortening||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt and baking powder.
Add shortening, working in with a pastry blender (or fingers) until texture resembles coarse crumbs.
Store mix in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
Use as you would any commercial mix.
