Italian Herb Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Breadcrumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Dried basil 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Tomatoes 4 Medium
  Margarine 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well, and set aside.
Cut tomatoes in half crosswise; place on a broiler pan cut side up.
Brush tomato halves with margarine, sprinkle with breadcrumb mixture.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes; broil 4 inches from heating element until golden brown.
Transfer to a serving plate, and garnish with fresh parsley sprigs, if desired.
