Italian Baked Sole Fillets

Ingredients
  Sole fillets 1 Pound
  Sour cream 125 Milliliter
  Green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Parmesan/Strong 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Place either fresh or thawed frozen sole in a heavily buttered 8 x 12-inches (20 x 30 cm) microwave-safe dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and spread evenly over the fish.
Sprinkle the whole with paprika.
Cover with plastic wrap, microwave at MEDIUM 12 to 14 minutes for frozen fillets, 6 minutes for fresh fillets.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
