Here’s the Spanish version of the yummy Bistec rice recipe. With all ingredients easily available in your local Spanish store, making the delicious Bistec rice is done in minutes. Add to the flavor of your rice with olive oil, garlic and some other exotic ingredients. Ingredients
  Top sirloin steak 4 Pound, thinly sliced and pounded
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 3 Teaspoon
  Garlic 3 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Fresh basil leaves 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cilantro sprigs 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Hot sauce To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl combine all the ingredients together except the steak together.
2) Mix thoroughly, then add steaks into bowl and coat all over with the marinade.
3) Allow the steak to marinate for about an hour

SERVING
4) Grill the steak, use to make sandwiches or serve just like that.
