Italian Soup With Meat Balls

Ingredients
  Stock 7 Cup (112 tbs)
  Peppercorns 6
  Chopped cilantro/Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced carrots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lettuce head 1⁄2
  Ground mutton 250 Gram
  Egg 1
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Corn flour 1 Teaspoon
  Grated cheese 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Pour chicken cube-stock in a saucepan.
Add all the rest of the ingredients except lettuce & cook for 10 min.
Wash & shred lettuce.
Make up Meat Balls : Mix together all the ingredients.
Chill this mixture in the fridge.
Using wet hands, roll the mixture into small balls.
Add lettuce & meat balls to.the soup & cook for 10 min.
Sprinkle with parsley & grated cheese.
By itself, this soup provides a nourishing meal.
Serve with crusty bread.
