Soup and dessert
Ingredients
For tomato ditali soup
  Ground bison 1 Pound
  Olive oil/Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Tomato ditali magic meal mix 1 Packet
  Sliced zucchini 1 Cup (16 tbs) (or 1 baby zucchini)
  Water 5 Cup (80 tbs)
For aztec chocolate truffles
  Aztec chocolate spice blend 2 Tablespoon
  Semi sweet chocolate chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
For rolling truffles
  Aztec chocolate spice blend 2 Tablespoon (or more as needed)
Directions

For Soup:
MAKING
1. In a pan heat oil and brown ground meat in it.
2. Stir in sliced zucchini and tomato ditali mix. Pour water and bring to a hard boil. Boil for 10 minutes.

SERVING
3. Serve and enjoy!

For Aztec Chocolate Truffles:
MAKING
1. In double boiler melt chocolate and mix it with cream and Aztec chocolate spice blend. Pop in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until firm.
2. Drop two spoonful of chocolate mixture onto a plate of Aztec chocolate spice blend. Roll to coat and shape into ball. Repeat for more and refrigerate until firm.

SERVING
3. Serve and enjoy!
