Hardboiled egg | 12 Medium , peeled, cut into half | |
Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Sriracha sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
Gelatin | 2 Teaspoon ((1/2 pack)) | |
Coriander seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
Red food color | 2 Drop |
GETTING READY
1. In a bowl mix gelatin with water till dissolved. Add it to sriracha sauce. Mix well.
MAKING
2. In a bowl take all the egg yolks. Put the mayonnaise and mix well till creamy. Add the food color and continue to mix till evenly colored. Fill the mixture in a piping bag.
3. Into each egg white, drizzle few drops of sriracha gelatin mix. Pipe the egg yolk on it to look like a devil's baby with a tail and horns. Place the coriander seeds for eyes.
SERVING
4. In a serving platter, serve the deviled eggs cold.
