1. Place a skillet on medium high flame, add water about 1-inch of the way up and then add carrot and chicken. Cook for about 5 minutes.
2. Bring to a simmer and add one layer of pasta to almost cover with water. Stir and cook on medium high heat for 5 minutes or until water is almost gone.
3. Add cream, spice blend, and Parmesan cheese. Cook until thickened.
4. Garnish with grated Parmesan and serve hot and enjoy!
You can add scallops, chorizo, prawn, asparagus, mushroom, spinach r grape tomato.
