1. In a pan heat olive oil on medium heat. Add the zucchini and saute for 3 minutes. Put the spice blend and continue to saute for another 2 minutes.
2. Add the cooked pasta and stir. Pour the light cream and sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Stir well to mix.
3. Let it cook while stirring frequently for another 4 minutes or till heated through. Turn off the heat.
4. In a serving bowl or plate, serve the pasta garnished with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
