  Zucchini 1 Medium, sliced into half moons (or 2 cups- any vegetable or choice)
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Light cream 20%/Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated
  Spice blend 2 Tablespoon (Made With Love Brand- Any flavor)
  Pasta 250 Gram, cooked to al dente, drained but not rinsed
For garnish
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped finely (or grape tomatoes) (Optional)
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated (Optional)

1. In a pan heat olive oil on medium heat. Add the zucchini and saute for 3 minutes. Put the spice blend and continue to saute for another 2 minutes.
2. Add the cooked pasta and stir. Pour the light cream and sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Stir well to mix.
3. Let it cook while stirring frequently for another 4 minutes or till heated through. Turn off the heat.

4. In a serving bowl or plate, serve the pasta garnished with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
