Today's Magic Meal Recipe:
No Work Cacciatore (chicken) or Ratatouille (vegan) with Prima Vera Spice Blend
Chicken breast/Boneless chicken thigh
4 Cup (64 tbs), cut into bite size pieces (baby carrots, peppers, zucchini, eggplant, mushroom, tomatoes, onion, garlic)
Prima vera spice blend
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Freshly grated parmesan cheese
1. In a frying pan, heat butter, add in the breast pieces and baby carrots. Allow to cook for few minutes.
2. Once the chicken in cooked through, add in other veggies. Simmer for another 10 minutes, add prima vera and water if required.
3. Turn the chicken up and garnish with Parmesan.
