No Work Cacciatore (chicken) or Ratatouille (vegan) with Prima Vera Spice Blend


Chicken breast/Boneless chicken thigh 4
Butter/Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Mediterranean vegetables 4 Cup (64 tbs) , cut into bite size pieces (baby carrots, peppers, zucchini, eggplant, mushroom, tomatoes, onion, garlic)
Prima vera spice blend 4 Tablespoon
Water/Wine 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Freshly grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon



1. In a frying pan, heat butter, add in the breast pieces and baby carrots. Allow to cook for few minutes.

2. Once the chicken in cooked through, add in other veggies. Simmer for another 10 minutes, add prima vera and water if required.

3. Turn the chicken up and garnish with Parmesan.


4. Serve hot with rice.
