Skinny Girl Pasta - Light, Fresh and Yummy

Can't go wrong with pasta, olive oil, and fresh veggies for a light meal. This is a go-to recipe when I've been eating like a beast all week. It makes me feel like I'm eating a bowl of..... It's a quick, easy meal or side dish.
