|Round focaccia bread||1 , cut in half horizontally (9 Inch)|
|Light cream cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), soft (With Roasted Garlic)|
|Fresh spinach leaves||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), washed, stems removed|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Alfalfa sprouts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Spread cut-sides of focaccia bread halves with cream cheese. Layer bottom half with spinach, turkey, cheese, tomatoes and sprouts. Cover with top half of focaccia.
To serve, cut into 6 wedges. Secure each sandwich with long toothpick.
