Ingredients
  Round focaccia bread 1 , cut in half horizontally (9 Inch)
  Light cream cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), soft (With Roasted Garlic)
  Fresh spinach leaves 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), washed, stems removed
  Turkey breast 6
  Muenster cheese 6
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, thinly sliced
  Alfalfa sprouts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Spread cut-sides of focaccia bread halves with cream cheese. Layer bottom half with spinach, turkey, cheese, tomatoes and sprouts. Cover with top half of focaccia.

To serve, cut into 6 wedges. Secure each sandwich with long toothpick.

I will try this with chicken. I am not much into turkey. But is this "vegan". Anyways, thanks for putting this
