Creamiest Dairy-Free Oil-Free Pesto

The best, creamiest Dairy-Free Oil-Free Pesto EVER!!! I got the recipe from SheriSmiley who got it off a blog that got from a blog... Make it. That's an order. You're gonna love it.

Ingredients

Walnuts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Garlic cloves 2 Large
Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (Juice from 1 small lemon)
Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
Basil leaves 3 Cup (48 tbs) (2
For the vegetable broth mixture
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Vegetable bouillon 1/4 Teaspoon (vegetable broth by better than bouillon used)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Dissolve the vegetable broth bouillon in water. Warm it up and stir to dissolve completely. Set this aside.

MAKING

2. In a blender, add walnuts, garlic, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, basil leaves and the broth mixture. Blend until smooth.

SERVING

3. Serve over whole wheat pasta or noodles and enjoy!
