Grilled Swiss & Pesto

Ingredients
  Reduced fat mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Pesto 4 Teaspoon
  Multigrain bread slices 8
  Fat free turkey breast slices 8 Ounce (Deli)
  Reduced fat swiss cheese slices 4 (Alpine Lace Deli)
  Red onion slices 2 , separated into rings (1/4 Inch)
  Non-stick cooking spray 1
Directions

Combine mayonnaise and pesto in small bowl. Spread 1 side of 4 slices bread with 2 teaspoons pesto mixture each; top with 2 ounces turkey, 1 slice cheese, 3 onion rings and 1 bread slice.

Heat 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Spray both sides of 1 sandwich with no stick cooking spray. Place into skillet; cook, turning once, until golden brown (5 to 6 minutes). Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
