Grilled Swiss & Pesto
|Reduced fat mayonnaise||2 Tablespoon|
|Multigrain bread slices||8|
|Fat free turkey breast slices||8 Ounce (Deli)|
|Reduced fat swiss cheese slices||4 (Alpine Lace Deli)|
|Red onion slices||2 , separated into rings (1/4 Inch)|
|Non-stick cooking spray||1|
Combine mayonnaise and pesto in small bowl. Spread 1 side of 4 slices bread with 2 teaspoons pesto mixture each; top with 2 ounces turkey, 1 slice cheese, 3 onion rings and 1 bread slice.
Heat 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Spray both sides of 1 sandwich with no stick cooking spray. Place into skillet; cook, turning once, until golden brown (5 to 6 minutes). Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
