Quick Italian Hot Rolls

Ingredients
  Flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Dry yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 2 Teaspoon
  Italian seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In large mixer bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning; mix well. In saucepan, heat milk, water, and butter until warm (butter does not need to melt). Add to flour mixture. Add egg. Blend at low speed until moistened. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and enough flour to make a firm dough. Knead on well-floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 3 to 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover; let rise in warm place for 15 minutes. Punch down dough and divide into 16 pieces. Form into balls. Dip tops into melted butter and 1/4 cup cheese. Place in well-greased pans. Cover and let rise in warm oven about 10 minutes. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from pan to cool.
