  Ripe peaches 6 , sliced into 1/2-inch thick disks
  Mozzarella balls 2 Large, sliced into 1/2-inch thick disks
  Fresh basil leaves 12
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar dressing 1 Tablespoon (Good quality & Thick)
  Kosher salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a platter, arrange peach slices with mozzarella slices and basil in layers and repeat.
2. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and thick balsamic vinegar.
3. Finally sprinkle kosher salt and pepper.

SERVING
4. Serve the Peach Caprese Salad fresh.
