Ingredients
  Tofu 1 Pound
  Eggs 2
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Beef bouillon 2 Teaspoon
  Onion salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Italian seasoning/1/4 tsp. each oregano and basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Dehydrated onion flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix well in a large bowl,mashed tofu,beaten eggs fresh bread crumbs,italian seasoning, oregano, garlic powder, grated cheese, onion flakes, pepper, nutmeg,bouillon,onion salt,and basil Form into 1" balls. Brown the balls in oil.
