How to Make Skillet Pizzas

This is a quick low carb, low cal snack that the kids are going to go crazy over!

Ingredients

Flour tortillas 2
Reduced fat italian blend cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Pepperoni slice 8 Large

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat broiler to low and place a rack close to the bottom.

MAKING

2. Spread cheese and pepperoni equally on top of tortillas.

3. Place into a skillet and pop in the oven for 4-5 minutes or just until the cheese begins to melt and the edges begin to crisp.

SERVING

4. Serve skillet pizza immediately and enjoy!

TIPS

Other flavor combination:

Flour Tortillas- 2

Muenster Cheese- 1 cup

Ham Slices- 8

Pineapple- cup (grilled pineapple is optional)

Scallions- 1/8 cup, chopped
