Crispy Italian Croutons

Ingredients
  Pumpernickel bread slices 5
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Italian seasoning 1 Tablespoon, dried
Directions

Cut bread into 3/4-inch squares.
Melt butter in a large skillet; stir in garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
Add bread, tossing to coat well.
Spread evenly on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 300° for 30 minutes or until very crisp.
