Crispy Italian Croutons

|Pumpernickel bread slices||5|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Italian seasoning||1 Tablespoon, dried|
Cut bread into 3/4-inch squares.
Melt butter in a large skillet; stir in garlic salt and Italian seasoning.
Add bread, tossing to coat well.
Spread evenly on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 300Â° for 30 minutes or until very crisp.
