1. Slice and chop all the vegetables.
2. Boil pasta in salted water.
3. In a large sauté pan, heat oil and add chilies. Sauté it for a while and add tomatoes in it.
4. Cover the lid and cook until tomatoes are soft.
5. Add garlic, dried basil and oregano. Stir for a while.
6. Add kalamata olives and olive brine. Stir it well.
7. Add tomato and marinara sauce and mix well. Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
