In the kitchen today, we have...An amazing raw basil pesto sauce!It's a great raw food recipe for appetizers (to stuff into mushrooms) or to put over julienned vegetables. 1 Cup (16 tbs)
1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm)
2 Clove (10 gm)
1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked for 15 minutes
1. In a blender, add pine nuts, olive oil and garlic. Blend till smooth.
2. Put basil, parsley and salt to taste. Resume blending till all are well blended.
3. In a serving bowl, pour the pesto and serve with dehydrated bread or any salad.
