Amazing Raw Basil Pesto Sauce

In the kitchen today, we have...An amazing raw basil pesto sauce!It's a great raw food recipe for appetizers (to stuff into mushrooms) or to put over julienned vegetables. It's fresh and 100% full of garlic!Check it out... (plus we answer the "why do you have a microwave in the kitchen" question I've gotten from a few of you...)
Ingredients
  Basil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley 1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Pine nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked for 15 minutes
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, add pine nuts, olive oil and garlic. Blend till smooth.
2. Put basil, parsley and salt to taste. Resume blending till all are well blended.

SERVING
3. In a serving bowl, pour the pesto and serve with dehydrated bread or any salad.
