Italian Cheese Omelette

Ingredients
  Eggs 8
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cubed
  Pepper To Taste
  Corn oil 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Break eggs into medium bowl.
Beat with rotary beater until mixed but not foamy.
Add salt, parsley, cheese and pepper.
Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat.
Pour egg mixture into pan; lower heat slightly.
Cook until omelet is set around edges, loos- ening omelet occasionally with spatula.
Fold omelet over; brown slightly.
