A great way of making something yummy out of your leftover meat.
1 Cup (16 tbs)
300 Gram, cooked
2 Cup (32 tbs)
1. Grind the cooked turkey meat in a grinder or use a fork to mash the meat ; once done keep it in a bowl and add eggs and béchamel sauce mix all the ingredients well.
2. Once done make them into small balls and coat them with flour.
3. In a frying pan pour the oil and start frying the meatballs for 3 minutes on each side; drain them on a paper towel.
4. Serve the turkey meatballs as an appetizer along with your choice of dip.
