Ingredients
  Italian sausage 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Italian style tomatoes 28 Ounce
  Potatoes 4 Small
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 7 Cup (112 tbs)
  Bouillon cubes 1
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Brown sausage in a large Dutch oven; add onion and cook, stirring constantly, until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 45 minutes.
Remove bay leaf.
