How To Make Tomato Sauce For Pasta

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato 500 Gram, crushed
  Onion 1 Medium, diced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Mushroom 250 Gram, cut into slices
  Regular salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Dice onion, garlic and cut the mushroom into 0.5 cm strips.
2.Heat olive oil in a pan on high heat.

MAKING
3.Add onion and cook until golden.
4.Reduce heat and add mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are soft.
5.Return to high heat and add tomatoes and garlic.
6.Mix and wait until the sauce is boiling.
7.When the sauce is boiling, change to low heat and add salt, pepper and herbs.
8.Cook for 15 minutes, stir the sauce every 5 minutes.

SERVING
9.The sauce is ready to be used for making pasta or for using it as any other ingredient.
