|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), chopped finely|

|Green bell pepper||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Egg||2 Large, beaten|
|Garlic salt||2 Tablespoon (Leveled)|
|Olive oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Chicken breast||1 Kilogram|
|For the rocky road ice cream. for candy pecan|
|Oreo cookie crumbs||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Butter||2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)|
|Rocky road ice cream||1 1⁄2 Quart|
|Vanilla ice cream, softened||1 Quart|
|White chocolate chip bag||16 Ounce|
|Whole milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), evaporate|
|Pecan||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Tablespoon (Leveled)|
Italian Breaded Chicken Cutlets
1.In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the breadcrumb.
2.Beat the egg in another bowl.
3.Coat the chicken breast with the Garlic salt and keep aside.
4.Dip the chicken breast in the egg and then coat it with the breadcrumbs.
5.In a pan heat olive oil to fry the chicken
6.Pan fry the chicken 2 minute each side.
7.Cover the pan with a lid and cook chicken for 8 minute.
8.Serve it with crusty Italian bread or eat plain with marinara sauce.
Rocky Road Ice Cream Cake
1.Take a 9 inch spring form pan and add the cookie crumb at the base then add the chocolate sauce over the pressed cookie crumb.
2.Put it in the freezer for 10 minute make sure it’s nice and settled before we pile in our ice cream.
3.Scoop the rocky road ice-cream and gently settle the ice cream on top of the cookie crumb.
4.Take another cup of crushed cookie and layer it on top of the ice-cream layer.
5.Pour the remaining chocolate sauce over the ice cream layer.
6.Next put a layer of vanilla ice cream topped with candy pecan.
7.Lastly you can drizzle corn mill or chocolate sauce.
8.You can serve the Rocky Road Ice Cream Cake after a good dinner of Italian Breaded Chicken Cutlets
To make a candy pecan just chop pecan and add 2 tablespoon of sugar and roast it on a skillet for few minute.
