Fresh Mozzarella - Caprese Salad

Ingredients
  Mozarella cheese 1 Pound
  Cherry tomato 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Black olives 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Balsamic vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Basil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), julienned
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Boil water in a pan, add in salt.

MAKING
2. Place the mozzarella chunks in hot water and stretch it.
3. Fill the cherry tomatoes and black olives alternatively and pop it from the hand.

SERVING
4. Place the caprese on a spoon; pour in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
5. Garnish with basil and serve.
