2.In a large pan bring the water to boil and add salt, corn meal and whisk well, reduce the flame to medium low and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
3.Transfer the corn meal mixture to the greased casserole and flatten it.
4.Let it cool and store it in the refrigerator.
5.Grill it or bake it and serve with sautéed vegetables or salads on top.
You can spice up your polenta by adding garlic to the boiling water in which it is cooked.
