Pasta Roma

  Rice pasta 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Plum tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Fresh basil 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Fresh oregano 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Garlic clove 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Olive oil 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (use as per taste)
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon (use as per taste)

1. Cook store bought(if any) rice pasta as per instructions on the pack. Normally it takes about 2-5 minutes.
2. Toss tomatoes, herbs garlic, oil, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add warmed cooked pasta to it and toss together.

4. Serve with garnish of fresh basil leaves.
