|Rice pasta||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked|
|Plum tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Fresh basil||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Fresh oregano||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Garlic clove||1 Teaspoon, minced|
|Olive oil||1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)|
|Salt||1 Teaspoon (use as per taste)|
|Pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon (use as per taste)|
1. Cook store bought(if any) rice pasta as per instructions on the pack. Normally it takes about 2-5 minutes.
2. Toss tomatoes, herbs garlic, oil, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add warmed cooked pasta to it and toss together.
4. Serve with garnish of fresh basil leaves.
