1. On a plate line basil leaves, mozzarella slices and tomato slices alternatively so that it looks attractive.
2. Sprinkle fleur de sel, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar on top.
3. Serve Insalata Caprese with parsley garnish, if desired.
Always make the salad at least 1-2 hours in advance, so that it comes to normal room temperature.
