Insalata Caprese

Ingredients
  Fresh mozzarella 200 Gram, slice
  Tomato 4 Medium, slice
  Basil leaves 1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm)
  Fleur de sel 1 Pinch
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon, fresh cracked
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. On a plate line basil leaves, mozzarella slices and tomato slices alternatively so that it looks attractive.
2. Sprinkle fleur de sel, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar on top.

SERVING
3. Serve Insalata Caprese with parsley garnish, if desired.

TIPS
Always make the salad at least 1-2 hours in advance, so that it comes to normal room temperature.
