Caprese Salad

Watch Master Chef Gustav as he makes a simple and elegant version of a classic caprese salad.
Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 8 Medium, sliced thickly
  Fresh mozzarella cheese 1 Pound, thinly sliced
  Fresh basil leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Extra-virgin olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (preferably sea salt)
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon, freshly ground
  Basil oil 1 Tablespoon (Leveled) (for drizzling)
  Chili oil 1 Teaspoon (for drizzling)
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Teaspoon (for drizzling)
  Parmesan crisps 8 Large (for garnish) (Optional)
  Black olives 16 Large (for garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1.Alternate slices of tomato and mozzarella on a platter.
2.Garnish generously with basil leaves, tucking some underneath the tomatoes.
3.Drizzle some olive oil, basil oil,chilli oil,balsamic vinegar and then sprinkle with the salt and pepper.

SERVING
4.Serve immediately.
