20 Minute Pesto Pasta

Dinner - 20 minutes start to finish.
Ingredients
  Fresh basil 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), freshly grated
  Walnuts 2 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon ((to taste))
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon ((to taste))
  Pasta 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked as directed
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large saucepan, boil water and cook pasta as directed.
2. In a blender or food processor, take chopped basil, garlic, cheese, walnuts and olive oil; process until a smooth paste is formed.
3. When the pasta is cooked, drain well and transfer to a large serving bowl.
4. Add the basil pesto and mix well.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

SERVING
6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
