Italian Baked Halibut
|Chopped onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Thick halibut fillets||3 Pound|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooking oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||2 Can (20 oz)|
Sprinkle 1/2 cup onions in baking pan; place fillets over onions.
Cover with remaining onions, celery, parsley, salt and pepper.
Add enough water to cover fish; pour in oil.
Arrange potatoes around fillets; turn potatoes to coat with liquid.
Pour tomato sauce over mixture in casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until fillets and potatoes are tender.
