Ingredients
For oyster all'aventino
  Oyster 12 , shucked
  Champagne 2 Tablespoon
  Caviar 1 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1
  Arugula 50 Gram
For broiled oyster panks
  Oyster 6 , shucked
  Panko flakes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Pink champagne 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon, divided
For bruschetta
  Crostini bread slices 6 , halved
  Cherry tomatoes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), quartered
  Yellow cherry tomatoes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), quartered
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), finely chopped
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Basil 10 Gram, finely chopped
  Sea salt To Taste
  Mozzarella cheese 20 Gram, diced
  Pepper To Taste
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

For Oyster All'Aventino
MAKING
1. Place the oysters on a bed of arugula.
2. Drizzle in champagne, caviar and hot sauce over it.

SERVING
3. Serve oysters with lemon wedges.

For Broiled Oysters Panko
MAKING
1. Place the oysters on a baking sheet and set aside.
2. In a small bowl add in the panko flakes, garlic, parsley, pink champagne, pepper and salt.
3. Add in half of olive oil to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
4. Spoon panko mixture over each oyster shells.
5. Drizzle remaining olive oil over the oysters and broil for 3 minutes.

SERVING
6. Serve the oysters with some greens and a glass of drink.

For Bruschetta
GETTING READY
MAKING
1. Toast the bread in a toaster oven or broiler.
2. In a bowl add in red and yellow tomatoes. Followed by garlic, oregano, basil, sea salt, mozzarella and cheese.
3. Drizzle olive oil into the mixture. Season with pepper, toss well.
4. Spoon tomato mixture over the toasted bread.

SERVING
5. Garnish Bruschetta with basil leaves and serve.
