Goat Cheese Crostini With Lavender And Honey

Chef Lisa Brisch demonstrates this easy to prepare appetizer using Delaware made goat cheese, honey, and bread. The cheese is from First State Creamery, the honey is from Ray Drejka, and the bread is from Big Sky Bread. This is a quick delicious snack that requires no cooking!
Ingredients
  Soft goat cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lavender flowers 1 Teaspoon, minced (Or More To Taste)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon (Or More To Taste)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Baguette 16 Ounce, slice (cut into 1/4" slices)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl combine goat cheese, dried lavender, honey and pinch of salt.
2. Stir and mix until well combined.
3. Spread the mixture on the sliced crostini, spread it evenly.

SERVING
4. Serve as a snack.
