Zabaione

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 5
  Whole egg 1
  Castor sugar 2 Ounce
  Marsala 1⁄4 Pint
Directions

MAKING
1. In a double saucepan, above simmering water place 5 egg yolks, 2 oz castor esugar and 1 whole egg.
2. Beat the ingredients till it turns fluffy and is pale yellow in color.
3. Add marsala. Keep beating till zabaione thickens. Check if the zabaione is thick enough to hold its shape when placed in a spoon.
4. Pour the mixture in individual pudding bowls.

SERVING
5. Serve Zabaione hot.
