Italian Mixed Green Salad
|Lettuce/Salad greens||1 Quart, torn into pieces|
|Zucchini||1 Small, thinly sliced|
|Cooked garbanzos/1 can, 8 3/4 ounce canned garbanzos||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Monterey jack cheese||5 Ounce, cubed|
|Dry salami/Pepperoni||2 Ounce, thinly sliced|
|Croutons||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Italian dressing||4 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)|
1. Wash the lettuce, drain it and add it to the bowl. Chill the lettuce until it turns crispy.
2. Add tomatoes, zucchini, cooked beans, Monterey Jack cheese, dry salami and croutons.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Heap the mixture over lettuce and toss it gently to get combined. Serve the mixed Italian green salad immediately.
