Italian Mixed Green Salad

Ingredients
  Lettuce/Salad greens 1 Quart, torn into pieces
  Tomatoes 2 Medium
  Zucchini 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Cooked garbanzos/1 can, 8 3/4 ounce canned garbanzos 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Monterey jack cheese 5 Ounce, cubed
  Dry salami/Pepperoni 2 Ounce, thinly sliced
  Croutons 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Italian dressing 4 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Wash the lettuce, drain it and add it to the bowl. Chill the lettuce until it turns crispy.

MAKING
2. Add tomatoes, zucchini, cooked beans, Monterey Jack cheese, dry salami and croutons.
3. Season with salt and pepper.

SERVING
4. Heap the mixture over lettuce and toss it gently to get combined. Serve the mixed Italian green salad immediately.
