Italian Supper Salad
|Romaine greens/Mixed greens||1 Quart, chilled and torn into pieces|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, peeled and cut into wedges|
|Zucchini||1 Small, sliced|
|Garbanzos||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked|
|Monterey jack cheese||6 Ounce, cubed|
|Dry salami||2 Ounce, skinned and sliced paper-thin|
|Croutons||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Italian dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Take a salad bowl, and add mixed green beans, tomatoes, zucchini, garbanzos and Monterey Jack Cheese, and toss well.
2. Spoon croutons and salami slices over the salad and season it with salt and pepper.
3. Serve the Italian super salad after topping with Italian dressing.
