Italian Supper Salad

Ingredients
  Romaine greens/Mixed greens 1 Quart, chilled and torn into pieces
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, peeled and cut into wedges
  Zucchini 1 Small, sliced
  Garbanzos 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked
  Monterey jack cheese 6 Ounce, cubed
  Dry salami 2 Ounce, skinned and sliced paper-thin
  Croutons 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Italian dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a salad bowl, and add mixed green beans, tomatoes, zucchini, garbanzos and Monterey Jack Cheese, and toss well.
2. Spoon croutons and salami slices over the salad and season it with salt and pepper.

SERVING
3. Serve the Italian super salad after topping with Italian dressing.
