Risi E Bisi Italian Rice And Peas

Ingredients
  Cooked brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs), hot & firmly cooked
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix 2 Ounce (2 Envelopes)
  Dehydrated onion flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Minced parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Sherry extract 2 Drop (Few Drops)
  Margarine 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen green peas 16 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a small saucepan and combine all ingredients in it.
2) Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 15 minutes or until pears become soft.

SERVING
3) Transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.

TIP: You can remove cover and simmer if rice and peas become too moist.
