|Frozen peas||10 Ounce (Cooked)|
|Thin slices bologna||8|
"Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour and milk gradually.
Simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is smooth and thickened.
Season with salt and pepper; add peas.
Simmer, covered, until heated through.
Saute bologna in small amount of hot fat until edges curl and form cups.
Fill meat cups with creamed peas."
