Italian Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Pound, peeled, de-seeded and chopped coarsely (1 Kilogram, Preferably Italian Plum- Type)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped finely
  Water 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter, then add the tomatoes, onion, garlic, water along with salt and pepper, now boil and simmer the ingredeints, keep stirring for about 20 minutes, until the mixture has become thick
2. Pour the sauce through a strainer to sieve it properly, and later return the saucepan to the gas
3. Now continue to simmer the sauce in the saucepan for about 15 minutes, simmer until the sauce becomes thick
4. Season to taste and add a 1-2 tablespoon tomato puree to increase the density of the sauce color and flavor

SERVING
5. Serve hot with pasta, spaghetti, lasagna, pizzas
