Indivia All Agro - Italian Endive Salad
|Curly endive||2 Pound|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
1) Trim and endive and break into small pieces.
2) Wash the endives and transfer to a half-filled saucepan of boiling salted water.
3) Blanch the endives for about 3 minutes. Drain.
4) Transfer into a salad bowl. Immediately, sprinkle oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper on the endives.
5) Toss well to coat the endives with the dressing.
6) Chill the Indivia All Agro for 15 minutes.
7) Serve chilled.
